
Simon Rosof, Region Head, Asia Pacific for the Bayer Pharmaceuticals Division, based in Singapore. In addition to his regional responsibilities, he serves as Country Division Head for the ASEAN cluster, with accountability for overall business performance and strategic leadership across the markets.
Simon served as Senior Vice President, Head of Product & Pipeline for Bayer Pharmaceuticals in the United States. He was responsible for the commercialization of Bayer’s US Pharmaceuticals portfolio across Oncology, Cardiovascular & Renal, and Women’s Healthcare, spanning both marketed products and pipeline and business development opportunities. As a member of the US Pharmaceuticals and Worldwide Markets leadership teams, Simon played a key role in shaping Bayer’s US and global pharmaceutical strategy in support of the company’s mission, “Health for all. Hunger for none.”
Simon brings over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry across Bayer and Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS). His background includes global and US sales and marketing leadership roles, as well as serving as General Manager for BMS Singapore. He has led teams across a broad range of therapeutic areas, including Oncology, Virology, Cardiovascular, Renal, Metabolic, Hematology, and Women’s Health.
Prior to transitioning into the pharmaceutical industry, Simon began his career in financial services with Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch in New York City. He holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Amherst College. Simon lives in New Jersey with his wife and three children.
