Shannon is Co-Founder of Picture This, a developer and consultant working on large scale projects that are purposefully age-inclusive. She is a strong advocate of new development being practical and welcoming FOR ALL ages and abilities.
Picture This’ first development in Stockport, provides 245 apartments for private rent. The development has been designed alongside the Developer’s Age-Friendly Design Toolkit produced by the Greater Manchester’s Ageing Hub. Once complete, Picture This becomes the manager of the development, ensuring the age and ability-inclusive approach is embedded into building and community management.
