Lorna Sabbia is a 27-year veteran of Bank of America and currently serves as Head of Retirement & Personal Wealth Solutions. She oversees the institutional retirement business, including 401(k), equity, and health benefit plans, client service, participant experience, research, and sales support. Previously, she led Merrill’s Managed Solutions, overseeing fee-based investment platforms, global mutual fund and ETF offerings, and the launch of Merrill Lynch One. Lorna also headed Merrill’s Client Solutions Group, managing investments, wealth management, and wealth structuring specialists. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and is a member of Bank of America’s management and operating committees. Lorna is actively involved in diversity initiatives and serves on various boards, including the Money Management Institute’s Board of Governors, the Women’s Leadership Board at Harvard Kennedy School, and the World Dementia Council. She also supports Home Instead and More Than Words, a youth development program.
