Eric Kihlstrom

Eric is CEO, MiiCare, a world leader in acoustic AI for health and care. Eric is also a part-time strategic advisor to Aging2.0, a global innovation network focused on improving the quality of life for older people with 40,000 members globally. Eric is an honorary professor of primary care innovation at De Montfort University, chairs two charities related to healthy ageing and a leadership team member of British Society of Gerontology’s Business and Gerontology Special Interest Group.

Previously, he served as Interim Director of the Healthy Ageing Industrial Strategy Challenge Fund where he led a team to establish the £98 million fund. The Fund focused on closing the yawning gap between healthy life expectancy and life expectancy.

As a former business development executive, he has a proven track record of delivering impactful innovation to multi-national corporations and rapid growth start-ups. He was a member of a pioneering team to disrupt telecoms industry in the nineties. He continues to deliver transformation as board member of high impact growth companies.
