Dr Aiqing Chen is the co-founder and COO of ACT-Good. She holds a Bachelor’s in Clinical Medicinefrom Zhejiang University, a Master’s in Neuropharmacology from the National University ofSingapore, and a PhD in Neuroscience and Stem Cell Biology from Newcastle University, UK.Dr Chen has over twenty years of experience spanning neuroscience research, life sciences andhealthcare investment, and cross-border business development. Her work bridges scientificinnovation and commercial strategy. Her expertise lies in technology commercialisation, strategicpartnerships, and translating research into market-ready solutions, with a proven track record ofadvancing early- to mid-stage ventures towards tangible impact.
