Datuk Muhamad Umar Swift is the Group Chief Executive Officer of Qualitas Health, a regional healthcare platform operating across Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. He brings over 30 years of leadership experience across financial services, capital markets and corporate governance in the Asia-Pacific region. Previously, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Bursa Malaysia, where he led significant modernisation initiatives, including digitalisation and sustainability frameworks within the capital market ecosystem. A Chartered Accountant, Datuk Umar has held senior roles at Maybank, Gas Malaysia and MAA Group, and continues to contribute to regional leadership and governance through board and advisory roles.
