Connie Weaver

Connie Weaver is a seasoned executive who has led marketing, communications, and investor relations at globally renowned organizations, including Equitable, TIAA, The Hartford, Microsoft, AT&T, and BearingPoint. Known for her innovative thinking and strategic leadership, she has built a distinguished career at the intersection of business growth, brand reputation, and stakeholder trust.

Today, Connie channels her expertise into board and advisory roles that drive positive impact across generations. She serves on the board of the National Council on Aging (NCOA), where she champions policies and initiatives that empower older adults to live with health, economic well-being, and dignity.  Her advocacy is particularly focused on supporting women as they age, helping them achieve greater financial security.

Beyond her work with NCOA, Connie serves on the boards of Make-A-Wish America and the National Endowment for Financial Education (NEFE), advancing missions that improve the lives of children and promote lifelong financial resilience. She also advises organizations on integrating marketing, investor relations, and capital-raising strategies to accelerate growth and achieve bold ambitions.
