Ambra Debernardi

Ambra Debernardi is Head of Employees Benefits and Corporate Relationships Asia Pacific at Zurich. She is responsible for life, accident and health across Asia Pacific’s markets. Ambra joined Zurich in September 2025 after nine years at AIA Group, where she was Director of Multinationals and International Brokers, Group Corporate Solutions. In that role, she focused on structuring and delivering Employee Benefits propositions for multinational corporates across Asia Pacific. She started her insurance career with Assicurazioni Generali SpA, working in the China operations for three years and later as regional manager for the employee benefits network, based in Hong Kong. Having spent 21 years in the APAC region, Ambra has developed a deep understanding of market dynamics, the life insurance industry and the healthcare sector in Asia Pacific, as well as of clients’ and distribution requirements. She brings a wealth of knowledge and insight into delivering risk management solutions to corporate clients and supporting international brokers across the globe.
